A little bit about the IT support services we offer.
  • Pay As You Go
Pay-as-you-go is exactly what it says on the tin – you pay for the support you use! No contracts or hidden charges, just use us when you need us at our standard hourly rate!



  • Unlimited Remote Support
Unlimited Remote Support gives you as much remote support as you need via telephone or over the internet. You are charged a monthly rate per computer and server as follows:

  • - £9 per computer per month
  • - £45 per server per month

You also get a guaranteed response time and proactive server monitoring. Any on-site visits required are charged at our standard hourly rate. A fair usage policy applies to 20 hours per pc per month and 30 hours per server per month.



  • Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance Contracts give you your own IT department to use in any way you like. We tailor our contracts to suit your needs to give you the best support possible. Each maintenance contract contains:

  • - Inclusive maintenance hours for remote or on-site support
  • - Guaranteed response times
  • - Proactive server monitoring
  • - Phones answered within 60 seconds
  • - Reduced hourly rate for work over or outside the maintenance agreement
  • - An entire IT department at your disposal
